Shifts/Call: 4x10 M-F 0645-1715, on-call required, float required as needed to other facilities 8. RTO: Finalized RTO must be included with submission; RTO will not be accepted after offer 9. Returning Staff: Must wait 1 year after leaving internal contracted position 10. Travel/Local: No radius rule; locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Background policy noted prior to submission for approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, factored in NBO, completed during orientation and annually via facility LMS system 13.
