Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required; 18 months experience required per compliance notes 2. Cases: Must have strong experience with intervention and performing STEMI (hard requirement); interventional cases (not IR), STEMI required; EP and TAVR experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; PALS listed in skills section 4. License: Must be in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications submitted 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner preferred; no specific charting required for IU health positions 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required 10-12 shifts per month with weekend call included 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO or less; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Any PERM or PRN employee must be away 12 months before applying as traveler; consecutive contract policy requires designated break after 12 months employment 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local at $15 off BR; locals accepted for Surgical Services, Allied positions, IU Clinics but not for MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, ER positions 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission to seek approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: First timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
