- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: 25-35 cases per day; Orbital atherectomy, Rotational atherectomy, IABP, IMPELLA, OTC, ECMO, flow wire, manifold, Sheath pulling, and all other Cath lab adjuncts required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (confirm at submission) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: XPER and EPIC CUPID proficiency required; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, Days, 7a-3:30p, Monday-Friday with lates required a few times per month; STEMI call required; approximately one week of call over a 12-16 week period, including 24 hrs on Saturday and 24 hrs on Sunday; call includes half nights (5:30pm-9pm) and 5:30pm-7am shifts; must be prepared to arrive and be ready to work within 30 minutes of STEMI activation; holidays as needed 8. Special Equipment: Must be knowledgeable of Orbital atherectomy, Rotational atherectomy, IABP, IMPELLA, OTC, ECMO, flow wire, manifold, and Sheath pulling Critical: Candidate must be aware of and prepared for Pass/Fail EKG exam required by all RNs at Cone Health regardless of specialty. COVID-19 Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only). Skills required include circulating procedures, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, monitoring procedural sedation, procedural sedation administration/monitoring, and scrub procedures. Mandatory questionnaire must be completed before an offer can be made.
