- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; 1.5 years hard stop minimum; anything less is a redirect hard stop 2. Cases: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, TAVR, PCI, IABP, Impella, Pacemaker Insertion, Cardiac Ablation, ASD Closures, Left/Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablator Atherectomy, Valvuloplasty, Carotid/Cerebral Angiography, and additional Cath Lab procedures as listed 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: CA RN license must be in hand at time of submission; pending license not accepted; LA fire card required within last 30 days (not reimbursed) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Meditech is the charting system on unit 7. Shifts/Call: On-call required — 2 nights/week post-shift and 1 weekend every 2 weeks (7 days per pay period); weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs; facility may call off once per two-week pay period 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; maximum 7 days (anything over requires client approval); must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose any previous work at a Providence facility (location and dates required at submission) 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower bill rate; bill rate is firm; all travelers expected to float between all facilities within the state — refusal may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours; can only submit to one Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Must disclose any license or background hits upfront at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved 12. Modules: Non-billable; average 16 hours; over 20 hours requires PM approval; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Required; no first-time travelers — hard stop 14. Scrubs: RN — Royal Blue; provided for L&D/OR 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Impella, Balloon Pump Critical: SSN and DOB required. Two references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, obtained during compliance process prior to start; can include Charge RNs/Leads. Candidate must answer at submission whether they have worked at any Providence facility previously.
