Cases: AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, PVD; Cath Lab diagnostic, PCI Level 2, EP Lab device changeout/upgrades/ICD/Pacer, Vascular Angiogram, IR simple procedures; Pre/Post Op experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS (Required), BLS (Required), CCI RCIS (Preferred); AHA requirement not specified 4. License: State License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Option of 4x9hr shifts (36hrs/wk) or 5x8hr shifts (40hrs/wk); Monday-Friday, 7am or 7:45am start; call required one night per week and every 4th weekend; specify shift preference in submittal 8.
