- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 18 months recent and permanent Cath Lab experience required; must have experience in circulating and documenting 2. Cases: Cath Lab cases required 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS required 4. License: Permanent Ohio RN License or Compact State license required; must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts, 0730-1800; call required — on call every other weekend or potentially every third weekend depending on staffing; if not on weekend call, approximately 2 days of call per week; if on weekend call, 1 additional on-call day that week; Nurse Manager will discuss rotation during phone screen 8.
