- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab; approximately 40 Pediatric cases per year; may float to EP or IR 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: AK RN License required; must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted but Auto Offer will not be issued until license is received 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days; on-call required 1 day per week and every 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 1800 through Monday at 0730); approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the regular 4 scheduled shifts per week; guaranteed 70 hours per 2-week period with possibility of 1 call-off per 10-hour shift per 2 weeks 8. RTO: Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment; approved on an individual basis upon offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
