- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred; 1 year in Critical Care setting preferred, but will accept new graduates 2. Cases: Cardiac caths, peripherals, TAVR, devices 3. Certifications: BLS required from AHA; ACLS required from AHA 4. License: RN License in state of employment or compact 5. Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred; all newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Days 7:00AM-3:30PM; weekend requirement every third or fourth weekend; on-call required as selected in collaboration with other staff 8. RTO: Not specified 9.
