Requirements
- Required certification: Case Management
- 1+ years of experience
- Active California RN license required before start
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years clinical hospital RN experience required; 2 years hospital case management experience (discharge planning and UR) required; 3 years listed in system; community inpatient hospital experience preferred 2. Cases: Discharge planning and utilization review (UR); knowledge of InterQual is a plus 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; BSN required; copies should reflect AHA certification 4. License: Active CA RN License required 5. Education: BSN required 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Monday through Friday, 0800-1630 (30-minute lunch); 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week; no call requirements 8. RTO: No pre-approved time off 9.
