Experience: 2 years required; 1 year experience unless specified in title/description; needs recent acute care experience in hospital care management/discharge planning 2. Cases: Case Manager position; patient ratio 1:20; behavioral health experience does not count 3. Certifications: BLS required, Case Management Certification required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; every other weekend required; on-call not required; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; anything more than 6 days may delay offer; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history with locations and dates 10.
