Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year experience unless specified in title/description; needs recent acute care experience in hospital care management/discharge planning 2. Cases: Case Manager position; patient ratio 1:20; behavioral health experience does not count 3. Certifications: BLS required, Case Management Certification required 4. License: OR license required, can submit with it pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Block scheduling; every other weekend required; on-call not required; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD) 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; anything more than 6 days may delay offer; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility work history with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
