Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Case Manager

Shift: Days / 8a-4p, 7.5×5, 37.5 hrs/week
Length: 13 weeks

Rotating weekends: Every 4th or 5th weekend

Holidays: One summer and one winter holiday 

Requirements:

• NJ license
• Minimum 2 years of experience with acute inpatient hospital discharge planning
• Hospital experience required, including experience with discharge planning and placement in rehabilitation facilities
• Case Management, Managed Care.  In Patient Case Management is required
• Experience with subacute patients required
• BSN required
• BLS
• 2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred
• CCMC preferred
