Cases: Acute care hospital inpatient Case Management experience required; skills include care coordination, discharge planning, disease management, needs assessment/order DME, and plan of care 3. EMR: Epic experience required or preferred; charting system experience required; first-time travelers MUST have acute care and Epic experience (hard stop); will accept candidates with Epic OR travel experience, but not neither 7.
