Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Local RN – Case Management – Discharge Planning

Shift: Days / 8’s or 10’s, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MA License
• 2 years of Case Management experience
• 6-months discharge planning Case Management experience in an Acute Care hospital
• BLS

Other Details:

• This should ideally be a large organization/teaching hospital with 500 beds or more
