- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; will accept first-time traveler with inpatient hospital/acute care experience; will also accept LCSW with 3 years experience 2. Cases: 15-20 daily census; inpatient case management including comprehensive discharge planning, SDOH screening, care coordination, guardianships, complex medical placements, and social situations; patient population includes adults and geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS preferred; must be AHA or American Red Cross not specified 4. License: RN MD state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days, Monday through Friday, 08:00 or 08:30-16:00 or 16:30 depending on needs; on-call not required; weekends not required but opportunity exists; holidays required as they fall per schedule; floating required between Bel Air and Aberdeen facilities within a 10-mile radius 8.
