- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first timers accepted 2. Cases: Case Manager RN; must have Acute Care experience 3. Certifications: BLS required, AK RN License required, ACM Cert preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN license must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted for screening (takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days (0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, or 0830-1700); no on-call; weekend coverage required (every other weekend or 4 weekend days in 4-week schedule) 8. RTO: Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment of 5 days or less; no holiday RTO for Auto Offer; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year) 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers can work maximum 1 calendar year then require 6-month break before returning 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted; must be 50+ miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
