Cases: Blood and marrow transplantation, immunotherapy, heme/onc, inpatient oncology; prior patient ratio experience of 1:3 or 1:4 preferred, will consider 1:5 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required; must be current 4. License: Not explicitly stated beyond BCLS 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s Day/Night Rotating/Variable; every other weekend required; float to units within scope; low census call-off possible in 4-hour increments up to 1 shift per 2-week cycle 8.
