Cases: Hematology and bone marrow transplant patients requiring blood and electrolyte replacement, neuro assessments, long term IV therapy, chemotherapy, and physical therapy needs 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification required 4. License: RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC, Beacon 7.
