- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; ICU experience required 2. Cases: Burn, wounds, off-service ICU and IMC patients; adult and pediatric burn center (Level One Trauma Center); travelers may be assigned to burn patients but will not perform burn cares 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required — AHA ONLY; PALS preferred; WI RN or compact RN license required; copies should be current and in hand 4. License: Wisconsin RN license or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night 12-hour shifts; hours between 1900-0730; every other weekend required; some holidays required; self-scheduling; patient ratio is 2:1 days, nights, and weekends; orientation is 20 hours 8.
