- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; experience with both antepartum and L&D needed; experience with high number of births required (unit sees up to 10 births per day) 2. Cases: Antepartum and Labor and Delivery; high-volume birth experience required 3. Certifications: Credentialed/Certified in fetal monitoring required 4. License: Valid Michigan RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 7P-7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week; no call requirement; every other weekend required; float to Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby unit, Bronson Battle Creek Birthplace, and house for patient sitter needs as needed; travelers are first to float 8.
