- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Y-90/Chemo delivery, GI Bleeds, TPA, Vein sampling, Phase 2 Recovery, Cryoablations, Biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, Peripheral Vascular, Pulmonary, CT, Endovascular Lab, Stent Placement; all listed cases are required — screen if clinician does not hold all requirements 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R required; CNMT, PET also listed; must hold all certifications at time of consideration 4. License: WA License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Pyxis as medication system 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Days, 0700-1730; call required — 2 full weekends per 6-week period and 9 weeknights; floating required to First Hill Campus for regular shifts and call coverage 8.
