Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4 years required; NO first time travelers 2. Cases: Nuclear Cardiology, MUGA SCANS, PYP SCANS, EXERCISE/PHARMOLOGICAL (Lexiscan) Stress Studies; experience with Adults, clinics required 3. Certifications: BLS, CNMT required 4. License: CA license required; must have on hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred but not required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; travelers may be called off or placed on call once per pay period with 60 minute call back requirement 8. RTO: 1 RTO Request; should not exceed 7 days and must be submitted with profile; no RTO within first two weeks of assignment start date; must work every other holiday 9. Returning Staff: Former Eisenhower Medical Center employees must have been gone for 2 or more years to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local travelers allowed; permanent address must be over 50 miles from facility 11. Background: DUIs generally allowed as long as there is not a pattern 12. Modules: 6 hours required for Allied specialties including Radiology Tech; modules are billable, completed pre-start and annually, recorded via transcripts 13.
