Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; minimum 1 year stated separately (2 years takes precedence per job notes); no first-time travelers unless at least 2 years of experience 2. Cases: General Nuclear Medicine studies, Lexi scans, PET/CT (non-diagnostic); up to 15 PET scans/day; cardiac experience preferred especially if taking call; PET skills preferred but willing to train on site 3. Certifications: BLS required; NMTCB or ARRT (N or R) required; copies must be AHA or American Red Cross compliant; LA fire card within the last 30 days required (not reimbursed) 4. License: CA RN/State license must be in hand at time of submission; pending license not accepted; must disclose any license hits upfront; no open license hits will be approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Schedule is 5x8 M-F, no weekends or holidays; optional call available (not required) — M-F 0430-2200, Sat-Sun 0600-2200 with 60-minute response time; call is 1 day/week optional; orientation shifts are 0800-1630 (likely first two weeks); facility can call off once per two-week pay period 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; Aya and client offer 7 days; anything beyond 7 days requires client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered 9.
