Requirements
- Required certification: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 6 months of PET experience required (hard stop) 2. Cases: Will primarily work in PET, may float to Nuclear Medicine if needed 3. Certifications: ARRT(N) or NMTCB with CA license, BLS required 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s or 5x8s; call required (post shift and rotating weekends); weekends may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (Aya and Client offer); must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted if 2+ years experience 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue for RNs; L&D/OR provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Siemens experience highly preferred Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years. Travelers expected to float between all facilities within state. PET certification not required but must have Nuclear Medicine certification plus PET experience.
