- Unit Notes:OSF ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates) - OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION: - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year of Nuc Med Experience GE Spect CT and MIM/4DM experience Required Education: Completion of a formal Nuclear Medicine program with associated certificate or degree. Licensure/ Certification: IEMA License in Nuclear Medicine. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT)(NM) registered or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) registry required. Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS)-CPR certification through the American Heart Association. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
