- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (18 months minimum with possible exceptions per job description) 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS, CNMT or NMTCB required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: IN License required; must be in hand prior to start date 5. Education: University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at time of graduation 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri shifts; 8 and 10 hour shifts for 40 hrs/week OR 3x12 hour shifts for 36 hrs/week OR 4x12 hour shifts for 48 hrs/week 8. RTO: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays; auto-approval for 5 days non-holiday RTO or less 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent or PRN employee must be away for 12 months before applying as traveler; consecutive contract policy requires designated breaks after 12 months travel employment 10. Travel/Local: IN residents considered local and accepted for this position at lower rate; floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals 11.
