- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year Cardiac Stepdown required; inpatient only 2. Cases: Post op CABG/Valve, Thoracotomies, Respiratory Failure, Chest pain 3. Certifications: BLS from AHA only; must be IV Certified on Nursys 4. License: Current LPN License; eligible for or currently licensed in Missouri 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 1900-0730; no call requirements; night shift orients on day shift; traveler must be available entire week for orientation; every other weekend required; float as needed to similar or lower acuity unit 8. RTO: 5 days or less must be made up on the back end; only 1 holiday RTO per assignment; all contingency requests must be on submission form 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
