Cases: Medical patients — COPD exacerbation, infections, failure to thrive, social issues; MS/Tele care setting 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Active New York Single State LPN license required; NY is not Compact; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights 7:00 PM-7:00 AM; every other weekend required; every other holiday if needed; client may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract without charges 8.
