- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent experience in specialty required; first-timers not accepted unless 3+ years recent experience 2. Cases: Cardiac med/surg including CHF, AMI, post cath lab, PPM placements, ablations; Level I Trauma experience required; Large Hospital experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; LPN IV Certified is a FIRM requirement 4. License: Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights only; 48-hour or 36-hour shifts available (indicate preference in submission email); on-call as needed; weekends as needed; no block schedule, weekend block may be considered 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO will not be sent to facility for approval after offer has been presented 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
