- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent experience in Med/Surg required; first-timers not accepted unless 3+ years recent experience 2. Cases: Cardiac med/surg patients including CHF, AMI, post cath lab, PPM placements, ablations; Level I Trauma experience required; Large Hospital experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; IV Certified (LPN IV Certified is a FIRM requirement) 4. License: Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; on-call as needed; weekends as needed; block schedule not open, weekend block may be considered 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO will not be sent for approval after offer is presented; do NOT submit traveler to more than one job ID/facility or they will be removed 9.
