- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years recent experience required; 3+ years preferred 2. Cases: Cardiac med-surg patients including CHF, AMI, post cath lab, PPM placements, ablations 3. Certifications: IV Certified (FIRM requirement), ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; copies of driver's license required at submission 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact RN license complying with NLC guidelines; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: ADN accepted for most positions; BSN required only for Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology, and Centralized Staffing Positions 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 48s or 36s available; day shift (may change based on manager needs); on-call as needed; weekend coverage as needed 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at submission; will not be approved after offer presented; if 3 end-of-year holidays fall during assignment must work 2 of 3, if 2 holidays fall must work at least 1 of 2 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent staff must be separated 1 year before returning; former travelers who worked full year must be away 1 full year; contact AM to confirm rehire eligibility 10.
