Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment; preferred: Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience; must have inpatient rehab experience or Med Surg 2. Cases: 70% of patient cases referred from Trauma Center; specialties include stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries; high acuity needs 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; minimum 13 weeks Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights (6:30p-7:00a); every other weekend and holiday rotations; call requirements: yes; 30-minute mandatory unpaid break; two 15-minute paid breaks per 12-hour shift; staff not permitted to stay past shift end time unless approved by house supervisor 8.
