- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years of experience required 2. Cases: Spine only; Adult Outpatient required; Musculoskeletal (Hip/bony pelvis and Knee) required; Spine skills required (Cervical, Lumbar, Sacrum/coccyx, Thoracic) 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT MR required; must be AHA; Radiation Safety and Starting Peripheral IVs preferred 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour shifts (07:00-15:30 or 09:00-17:30, alternating); 40 hours available; 13-week contracts accepted; no call, no float, no weekend requirement 8. RTO: 7 days max for Aya Auto Offer; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancellation and DNR 9.
