- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; 2+ years Level 1 Trauma Center/teaching facility experience preferred 2. Cases: MRI Safety including knowledge on how to research implants and adhere to scanning guidelines; experience with anesthesia and pediatric patients 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT (MR) required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per tier compliance) 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; University of Kentucky will NOT accept any licensure hits — submission will be rejected if traveler has a license hit 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic and PACS experience preferred; Siemens MR experience REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: Friday - Sunday; no call required; candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off submitted after the offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must have been gone for 6 months to return as a traveler; must disclose at time of submission if traveler has previously worked at this facility — rehire eligibility checked by UK HR every Friday; if ineligible post-offer, traveler may be cancelled 10.
