- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a large hospital; Level 1 preferred, Level 2 accepted. VMS notes list 1 year of experience required. 2. Cases: Diagnostic radiographic procedures including contrast media administration; may perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. 3. Certifications: BLS required through AHA; ARRT and ODH certification required. Copies not needed if listed on application. 4. License: Any active state RN license or compact license accepted. Candidates with any past license disciplinary action will not be accepted. 5. Education: Associate degree in Allied Health with major in Radiologic Technology required. 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required. 7. Shifts/Call: May have on-call responsibilities. Must be available to work every other holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract. 8. RTO: Must be submitted with initial application; no RTO added after offer. Manager discretion applies. Maximum of 14 days allowed per contract. No schedule requests or RTO negotiated after offer. 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent or PRN staff of Premier Health Partners, or prior agency travelers not extended due to tenure, must wait 6 months before applying as a traveler. Must disclose prior employment including facility, unit name, and dates. Facility rehire approval required before proceeding with any offer. Failure to disclose may result in cancellation. 10. Travel/Local: Local radius for Radiology is 30 miles; local travelers are not accepted. 11. Background: Not specified. 12. Modules: Up to 24 hours of orientation modules are billable. 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience preferred. 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned. 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required; medical and religious exemptions only. 16. Special Equipment: GE equipment experience required; Siemens experience listed as a skill. Critical: Lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exam must both be completed within 72 hours of signing. Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report. Available start date, RTO, and any schedule requests must be listed on the front page of the application at time of submission. References are not required. Traveler must be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered or needed. Candidates may float within the hospital or to another Premier hospital nearby; must be comfortable floating with no restrictions or special requests.
