- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a large hospital; Level 1 preferred, Level 2 accepted. VMS notes list 1 year as the field entry, but the narrative specifies 2 years minimum. 2. Cases: Diagnostic radiographic procedures including contrast media administration; may perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. 3. Certifications: BLS required through AHA; ARRT and ODH certification required. N95 fitting required before working on HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered or needed. 4. License: Any active state RN license or compact license accepted. Candidates with any past license disciplinary action will not be accepted. Nursys report must be included in submittal email. 5. Education: Associate degree in Allied Health with a major or area of study in Radiologic Technology required. 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience is required. 7. Shifts/Call: May have on-call responsibilities. Must be available to work every other holiday. Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract. 8. RTO: Request RTO with initial submittal; no RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval is at the Manager's discretion. Maximum of 14 days allowed per contract. Available start date, RTO, and any schedule requests must be listed on the front page of the application at time of submission. 9. Returning Staff: Any previous permanent or PRN staff employee of Premier Health Partners or prior agency not extended due to tenure must wait 6 months before applying as a traveler. Facility and unit name and dates of employment must be noted in the submission packet. Facility rehire approval is required before any offer can proceed. Failure to disclose will negatively impact the candidate and may result in cancellation. 10. Travel/Local: Local radius for Radiology is 30 miles; local travelers are not accepted. 11. Background: Candidates with any past license disciplinary action will not be accepted. 12. Modules: Up to 24 hours of orientation modules are billable. 13. Travel Experience: Travel experience preferred. 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned. 15. Flu Vaccine: Required; Medical and Religious Exemptions only. 16. Special Equipment: GE equipment experience required; Siemens also listed as a required skill. Critical: Lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exam must both be completed within 72 hours of signing the contract. References are not required. Submittal email must include the application and current Nursys report; other certifications are not needed if listed on the application. Candidates may float within the hospital or to another Premier hospital nearby and must be comfortable floating with no restrictions or special requests.
