- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Majority brains and spines, also abdominal and extremity imaging; no enterography, prostate, cardiac or breast scans 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT MR required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license required (pending license accepted, takes 10-12 weeks) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 Variable Shift; no on-call required; weekend coverage may be more frequent than every other weekend 8. RTO: Time off approved individually upon offer; all RTO must be included in submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months to return as traveler; travelers limited to maximum 1 calendar year assignment with minimum 6-month break before returning 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
