- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: CT and X-ray; weekday night shift Monday-Thursday performing both CT and X-rays; after midnight tech will be only one on shift performing both modalities 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Thursday night shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts 2100-0700; block schedules required; no on-call required; no weekends required 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved; must request all RTO/specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must include response about previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; all travelers should be prepared to float within facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
