- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 1st timers OK 2. Cases: General radiology cases including primary stroke center; CT exams: Head, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, Extremities; X-Ray skills required: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal, Fluoroscopy Studies, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities, Surgery/C-Arm; PICU, Portables, C-Arm required; community hospital experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced (ARRT CT, ARRT R), Fluoroscopy Permit required; LA fire card within last 30 days required (not reimbursed) 4. License: CA license must be in hand at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech (charting); Epic listed under Charting System Name 7. Shifts/Call: On-call rotational; float required between CT and X-Ray; includes weekend shifts; facility has ability to call off once per pay period (2 weeks); all travelers expected to float between all facilities within the state — refusal may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours 8. RTO: All RTO submitted at time of submittal; 7-day Aya and client offer; anything over 7 days requires client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose any prior work at a Providence facility (location and dates) at time of submission; can only submit to one Providence facility at a time 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower bill rate; bill rate is firm 11.
