- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Operating Room, ER, EKGs, Portables, C-Arm, Cervical Spine, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Thoracic Spine ER; routine outpatient/inpatient and ER patients; code strokes and trauma studies; some c-arm studies for pain injections and surgery; no fluoro studies 3. Certifications: ARRT (X-Ray) required; ARRT CT required; BLS required (American Heart Association); CT trained required; MRI trained preferred 4. License: Minnesota license required; must be in hand at time of submission (no pending applications accepted per Saint Benedict's policy); Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing, in person in Minnesota on the Monday prior to start date — no exceptions 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10-hour shifts, 0700-1730; call required once per week (Sun-Thu: 10 hours of call; Fri-Sat: 12 hours of call); on-call shift 0900-2130; weekends as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days RTO permitted; no RTO during first 2 weeks; all RTO must be disclosed and approved at time of submission; no holidays unless traveler self-approves a switch 9.
