- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Daily caseload per tech unknown 3. Certifications: ARRT CT, BLS required; State License (OBMI) required 4. License: Oregon (OBMI) state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, Thursday-Saturday; every weekend required; holiday must be worked if it falls on normal shift; on-call not anticipated; float within site and across Legacy Health system required — refusal to float will result in contract cancellation 8. RTO: Finalized RTO must be included at submission; no RTO within first week; no more than 7 days of RTO per assignment 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals NOT accepted; clinician cannot live within 50 miles of ANY Legacy facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Any assigned education must be completed within one week of assignment start 13. Travel Experience: First-timers not accepted 14.
