- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 4-5 years in endo and ortho required; will consider 1-2 years experience; 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Endovascular and ALL orthopedic procedures with C-Arm; ortho-spine, ortho-sports medicine, ortho-joints preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT R & CT, Fluoro, BLS and CST required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: No specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Five days a week PM shifts with rotating weekends; weekends required; can take call if offered 8. RTO: One pre-approved; always needs facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must be gone for at least 6 months 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; float required to other campuses and units as needed 11. Background: Must note background policy prior to submission to seek approval prior to offer 12.
