- Unit Notes:Temp to perm- Serious candidates only - 13 week contract then transitioning to perm after. Must go over salary range and confirm it meets expectations before submission Primary modality - CT/ X-ray Required CT/Xray call Call is for CT and Xray only, starting at 1900 to 0700 M-Th; 1700 to 0700 on Fridays to the following Monday (weekend) Guaranteed 40hr 5x8 hour shifts Monday-Friday 8am-1700 / no holidays No weekends - ARRT (ct) cert required Equipment: Seimens CT, Hologic GE for Xray CT Tech wage range is $33.56-$43.63 We offer a comprehensive benefits package for all part-time and full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the first of the month following the date of hire. Lake Health District also provides a $20,000 Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance policy for each employee, with additional voluntary coverage options available. Benefit-eligible employees may also receive a membership to our local gym upon completion of the 500-hour probationary period. In addition, Lake Health District provides Life Flight air ambulance coverage for employees households, subject to plan restrictions. Employees also have the option to purchase an annual AirMed membership for expanded air ambulance coverage. Benefit-eligible employees begin accruing PTO and LTB (sick leave) on their first day of employment; however, accrued leave is not available for use until completion of the 500-hour probationary period. We also offer AFLAC and voluntary retirement programs that employees may choose to participate in. In addition, Lake Health District provides a pension plan for eligible employees after one year of employment. 403B and Money Purchase plan with American Funds -Money Purchase plan will start after 1 year of employment. 6% of base pay pre-tax will be put into your account by Lake Health each pay period. Fully vested after 6 years. Year one being the waiting period, year two 20%, year three 40% year four 60%, year 5 80% and year 6 100%. -403B- this account will be available to you when you have reached your 500 hour probationary period. You can contribute up to $24,500 for 2026. PTO & LTB start accruing on your first day of employment but are not useable until you have reached your 500 hour probationary period. PTO-into the PTO bank the first five years are 2 weeks of vacation, 7 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and 4 sick days, Your accrual if you work 80 hours a pay period is 80x9.6%=7.68 hours each pay period. PTO is not accrued on used PTO or LTB hours. LTB: into the LTB bank are 8 sick days. LTB can be accessed if you are sick after you have used 16 hours of PTO. It can also be accessed for Doctor/Dental appointments, if you are hospitalized or for an outpatient procedure.
