Certifications: BLS required, ARRT required, ARRT CT, ARRT R, RT-R-CT 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; facility will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, Days, 9a-930p, Friday-Sunday 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; two pre-approved time off days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current driver's license to confirm address 11. Background: Facility will not accept any open cases on background check 12.
