- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Brain perfusion, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, Colonography/Virtual Colonography, Coronary CTA, CT Arthrography, Drainage, Head without and/or with contrast, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Myelography, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Thoracic, Transplant studies; Preferred (not required): Infants, Pediatrics, NICU/PICU/Adult ICU 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT Advanced Cert, OH State License required; copies required at submission 4. License: Ohio State License required; must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic (Charting System listed); PACS experience noted 7. Shifts/Call: 2x12hr and 2x8hr shifts; variable shift times (3pm-11:30pm and 11am-11:30pm); flexibility required to fill in on other shifts; holidays required as needed; every third weekend rotation (weekday shifts only) 8. RTO: RTO required at submission and must be built into contract; screen for vacation time immediately after booking due to fingerprinting delays 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible to be hired as traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Ohio fingerprinting required immediately upon signing contract; strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start, no exceptions; candidates outside Ohio but within driving distance must drive to an Ohio fingerprinting location; extreme-distance travelers will be mailed a fingerprinting packet to complete urgently 12. Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start with no exceptions.
