- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Teaching Hospital; X-ray procedures including Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax; preferred experience in Infants and Pediatrics (not required); NICU/PICU/Adult ICU preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT Advanced Cert (asterisked), AHA not specified; copies required at submission 4. License: OH state license required; ARRT certification required 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic (charting system listed); PACS experience noted 7. Shifts/Call: Sat/Sun (3x12hr) 7a-7:30p plus one additional day (Fri or Mon depending on coverage); rotating holidays; weekday shifts 3pm-11:30pm; every third weekend 8. RTO: Must be submitted with submission and built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible at any OSU hospital location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at the same rate; Ohio fingerprinting required — candidates outside Ohio must drive to a fingerprinting location ASAP or will be mailed a packet to complete urgently 11. Traveler may float to different units within the OSU organization. Level III Trauma Center and Teaching Facility. Candidates must be made aware of the urgency of the Ohio fingerprinting process; unresponsive or uncooperative candidates risk push/cancel.
