Cases: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction, Code Stroke, Trauma; Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU required; Outpatient, IV Starts, PACS, Contrast, Visage preferred 3. Certifications: BLS and ARRT(R)(CT) required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; Visage preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 2x12-hour Nights (19:00-07:00) Saturday and Sunday + 1x12-hour Mids (15:00-03:00) Monday; 36 hours offered; No call requirement; No float requirement 8. RTO: No weekend RTO; RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO could result in cancel and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; rate difference applies 11. Background: Not specified 12.
