- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Abdomen without/with contrast, Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Aspirations, Biopsies, Brain perfusion, Cervical, Chest without/with contrast, Coronary CTA, Emergency Department, Head without/with contrast, Heart procedures, Musculoskeletal trauma, Pelvis without/with contrast, Vascular CTA 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, CT (can accept either ARRT CT or ARRT R) 4. License: CA license must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Must be open to all shift times, self-schedule based on seniority, no on-call required, no floating 8. RTO: RTO must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum without client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront; no open license hits approved 12.
