Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; first time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, insertion/programming of AICDs, left atrial appendage, pacemaker insertion, tilt table study experience required; cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, conduction studies preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT required; RCIS, RCES required 4. License: License in hand required with submission 5. Education: Education verification through 3rd party required; will not accept education from schools on Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s 7a-5:30p Monday-Friday; float required as needed 8. RTO: RTO due at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; no locals accepted; submission must include current DL to confirm address 11. Background: Will not accept any open cases on background check 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 2-4 hours; completed during orientation, not included in NBO; hours vary by unit 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
