Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:**ALL ppw due WEDNESDAY at NOON MST the week before start** *Permanent address must be at least 25 miles from the facility location 2 Years of Experience no gaps - # suites/labs: 1 - #cases per day on average: 3-4 - Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?): BLS and ACLS - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Ablations (Fib, flutter, VT), devices- ICD pacemaker, Bi-V ICD, watchman, EP studies - Job Duties: Circulate, Monitor, prefer a nurse that has scrubbed in the EP lab, sterile environment. - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Prefer someone that has scrub experience in the EP lab sterile field. At least one year, prefer more. Prefer previous travel. Must have EPIC experience. - EMR/Equipment: Epic, MacLab/Cardiolab, Biosense Webster mapping - Cardiologist hours/on call: In lab during the day, Half call after hours. Off days they are in clinic. - Manager/Charge Nurse: Cath Lab coordinator - Cath Lab Techs: Paramedic, EMT or Rad Tech - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): M- TH- 0700-1730 Currently 4-10 hour shifts. Education on Friday- Travelers are expected to attend. - Weeknight/Call Requirements: 3 Call nights per Month. (5p-7a) - Weekend/Call Requirements: 1 weekend, Friday- Sunday - Holiday/Call Requirements: Call rotation- 4 person call team. Travelers expected to take call. - What is call response time?: 20 minutes - Floating Requirements: No floating to IR. Floating to Cath Lab to assist in circulating and monitoring. - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Provided. - Unit/Department specific orientation: One week of orientation on the unit after onboarding. - Additional Notes: EP currently in on Mon and Thursday. Also have an interventionalist that is able to do some procedures. Cancellation Policy:2 per 13 week assignment Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:2 Care Setting:Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:4-10's M-F (0700-1530) with a random week day off Required Certifications:ACLS, AHA Certifications Only, BLS Certification
