- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission 2. Cases: Cardiac telemetry and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; post-cardiac procedures, arrhythmia management, heart failure, coronary artery disease, dysrhythmias, vasoactive drip titration, pre/post cardiac cath, pre/post cardiac surgery, pre/post hemodialysis, renal failure, fem stop, TR band, ST segment analysis, LVAD/pre-transplant collaboration 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; AHA only 4. License: WI RN license or compact RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Evening/Night 12-hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am, Monday through Friday with every other weekend required; 36 orientation hours; patient ratio 4:1 days, nights, and weekends; 21-24 weekend shifts per contract 8.
